About the Government People Function
The Government People Function (GPF) is a cross-government community of approximately 12,000 civil servants who support the delivery of human resources (HR) in the Civil Service. As one of the 14 cross-cutting government functions, the People Function exists to enable and improve the delivery of HR in government by ensuring those who support HR delivery have the skills, tools and support they need to excel in their roles.
